We have assisted rural and urban communities nationwide in developing, implementing, and evaluating successful community revitalization strategies. We are currently contracted with Miami-Dade County providing project management for their Anti-Violence Initiative since 2019. TOTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you are launching or looking to enhance your community violence intervention initiative, our team will work with you from start to finish to oversee the implementation of this project. We will provide assistance with optimizing your funding to maximize your resources, hire and manage personnel assigned to the project, develop protocol, and oversee the implementation of various strategies we offer to best serve your community needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather, we will consult with you to identify what your needs are and tailor our project management accordingly, aligned to your goals and available resources.
