Mentoring Programs

Mentorship has the power to change lives. That is why we employ mentors, people who have made the necessary changes to their lives, to help others change their ways. One of our mentorship programs, Positive Peer Leadership Mentoring was so successful it was featured in a US Department of State documentary that aired overseas. PPLM is a program of pedagogical mentoring of individuals during their detention or incarceration, as well as after their release, for the purpose of reducing or eliminating involvement in violent crimes while increasing their advocacy skills. If your community is interested in developing a mentorship program to help individuals at-risk for engaging in crime or who have already committed crime, our team is able to do so.
